Montenegrin elections: Ethnic minority parties hold key

Another stolen election in my country by Milo, the last dictator in Europe. For 30 years now he has ruled Montenegro by raping and pillaging the country for everything its worth while enriching himself, his family and his cronies. Montenegro is a proud place with a proud history but Njegos and King Nikola have been rolling in their graves for the last few decades because of this piece of filth.

I came with my family to vote, but we knew it was in vain. The only way to defeat Milo is on the streets.

Its always interesting to note that those great bastions of democracy have never once criticized the 30 year rule of Dukanovic. Perhaps this is in line with some weird form of democracy.

It's not that they are in the diaspora that's the problem, it's that their trip to come and vote is covered by the ruling regime and are then paid for their "services". Disgusting.

I am living in the diaspora now, but I am actually from coastal Montenegro. And in fact, Milo's biggest losses in this sham election came from the coastal cities of Kotor and Budva. But he would have received losses everywhere if people in the public sector weren't obligated to vote for him, Bosniaks from the diaspora weren't paid and Thaci wasn't driving bus loads of Albanians from Kosovo-Metohija to help his criminal friend. Some democracy.

Yes, Serbia's elite back a piece of garbage like Milo who persecutes the Serbian Orthodox Church and tries to de-Serbianize some of the biggest Serbs in the Balkans. Absurd.

Anyway, Milo almost lost power last October. He was literally on his way out when some in Belgrade saved him. The way to overthrow Milo is not through his fake elections. It's on the street. Stay tuned, we are just getting warmed up.

A note to our resident Albo trolls. This elections means little to nothing. It does not give Milo authority to do what he thinks nor will joining NATO be on the table - his party did not win outright and there is a very large opposition so its back to square one.

Your videos arent "proof" of anything. Secondly, if anyone coming from abroad has citizenship then they have a right just like anyone here to vote in elections. I know you would love to disenfranchise anyone not voting pro serbia and pro russia, but the world doesnt work that way nor the law. Djukanovic recieved 41% of the vote so obviously he is popular despite his corrupt dealings. Why? Because the alternative is worse. Why would anyone who is Montenegrin vote for a group that identifies themselves as Serbian 1st and Montenegrin 2nd? Montenegro is a multiethnic country pal, even minorities voted for Djukanovic. I understand the language very well. Again, showing a video proves nothing. Serbia or Russia could have staged the scene to make it appear as if people are being paid etc. The video doesn't prove anything. Serbia and Russia champion national sovereignty, but then its another story when they don't like certain decisions that those sovereign nations make. Spoken like a true Serbian. Why is it that anytime Serbians get beat in elections you want to start a war or threaten chaos? Its actually very predictable. Give it a rest already. I was in Budva and Kotor two weeks ago. Budva, Kotor and Tivat is a Russian colony. Eventually what happened to the Russians in Cyprus will happen to them in Montenegro. I'm sorry to break it to you but a majority of Montenegrins identify with being Montenegrin and not Serbian 1st. But, its a democratic country so people can identify whichever way that they choose. Montenegro has borders, and within those borders it is called "Montenegro" and not "Serbia". That is a fact. Remember that. Eventually, the theft of Montenegro's resources and sell-offs to Russians and other shady people will come to an end. But choosing the Pro Serbia/Russia party is a path to nowhere and not an option. I do have a suggestion, if you so strongly identify as being Serbian 1st and only Serbian then it would best serve you to move to Serbia the same way many Montenegrins have done that express your sentiments. Nobody is stopping you or your family. Its free choice. Then, you can enjoy the lovely paradise of Serbia and all that it will have to offer you and you won't have to concern yourself with Montenegro anymore. :)

And this is hardly Russia's fault, but if we are being fully honest, it was Djukanovic that the Russians had a great relationship with in 2006. Actually, if you look at the main opposition party DF's campaign "Mi ili On", it was primarily centered around young people. 35% of people in Montenegro consider themselves Serbs and many more would if their jobs weren't threatened.
