I'm nullifying Kosova’s football result against Croatia.

My friends I've been saying this for a long long time Trepca it's the only thing they want . All that negotiation it's for trepca . They are willing to give everything for trepca , so please my brothers Kosovars don't negotiate for you land , everything inside your territory belongs to your people , Serbs have no business there

The central government in Belgrade has the right to nullify any decisions carried out in its provinces if these are contrary to national interests. Therefore Belgrade has the right to overrule Pristina in such an issue.

The central government in Belgrade has the right to nullify any decisions carried out in its provinces if these are contrary to national interests. Therefore Belgrade has the right to overrule Pristina in such an issue.

Sure, but what matters is what the government in Belgrade has the power to do, not the right. The government in Belgrade has certainly the right to rule that Earth is flat, but it does not have the power to actually make that happen. Similarly, the government in Belgrade has the right to rule whatever it wants in regards to Kosovo, but it is UNMIK that has the power in Kosovo, not the government in Belgrade. Just a reminder that UNSCR 1244 is still on force...

If Serbia opposed this it would be using its military to take it over.

Trepca has no value as long as Serbia can sue in a court of law.

No investor will put up their money due to this.

All was built during Yugoslavia, and all the money never went to Kosovo but elsewhere. And all Albanians in Yugoslavia paid the taxes to the states the same as all did.
