I'm tired of "Serbian ultimatum",this is no longer middle age. Serbs are totally outdated, Kosovo never been part of Serbia.

Making useless wikipedia pages about "colonization of Kosovo" in Serbo-Croatian doesn't makes anyone except you believe that Kingdom of Dardania was inhabited by Serbs. We know the history, your history begins in the 7th century.

Get over sick propaganda and start looking at your corrupted governors, you have war criminals in parliament seats and extreme poverty everywhere.

People of Serbia need to be illuminated, you had Kosovo and lost Kosovo and you're poor then and poor now.

The quicker the EU disintegrates the better for everyone.
I voted out and have no regrets.
Do not let them take this away from the Serbian people, what next will
they want if you agree to this.
You can bet the UK/GERMANY AND USA are behind this outrageous ultimatum.

This Gjuric guy is a joke. Last time he went to Kosovo he got kicked out for talking nonsense. He will soon be designated a "persona non-grata" in Kosovo, so he knows he cannot be a so-called "Chief of the Kosovo office" if he is not allowed to go to Kosovo. Now he is just trying to save his tail by supposedly declaring he will quit. He knows he has lost that job already :)
We all know that some people in Serbia still live in their own world, but a diplomat is supposed to be a little smarter than this guy and actually recognize reality.

Perhaps a Russian military base in Northern Kosovo would encourage a true dialogue which would be fair to both Serbs and Albanians. A rule of law that would protect all the people with a council of Russians, & E. U. Representatives.

Is it not obvious that after the split of the country, the assets should be split appropriately between Serbia and Kosovo.
I see no reason why Serbia gets to keep everything. Citizens of pre-split Serbia of all ethnicities paid for, built and own Telekom Serbia.
Why should Serbs or Albanians in Kosovo pay for a company that they already paid for? Marko Đurić is putting the interests of the Belgrade central government over the interests of the Kosovo Serbs who I thought he is supposed to help.

This of course applies to Yugoslavian state companies too, just because the name "Croatia" or "Serbia" was in the title does not mean that Croatia gets to keep it, if it was paid for by the central government using central funds, it should be split as appropriate between all parties

There's a simple answer just stop talking to them there's nothing really to discuss. They are asking for a divorce settlement when Serbia never agreed to marry the misfits now presiding in Pristina in the first place. They just barged into the marital home! You can't sue for peace on those terms, they are totally unacceptable. If they want Telekom (South Serbia) they can buy the assets at a price the central Serbian government sets but it will still be in Serbia and subject to her laws and jurisdictions.I'm not sure they got the money or if they are up for it either(peace that is)?

Well, according to the distinguished reader of these forums Amnesty Yugoslavia, the criminally corrupt politicians in KiM have been forced to sit obediently in Brussels and listen to Belgrade! So it appears that poor Marko has totally lost his mind because Pristina is simply asking what Belgrade has told Pristina to ask.

It would be good to know what is the value of Serbian companies in Kosovo, company by company. In that way Serbs would know what is being offered to them in exchange. If the exchange value us being part of the state of EU, that is certainly not good or enough, because the EU may dissolve sometime in the future. On the other hand, if Serbs are asked to give all of their heritage, people, national property and territory in Kosovo they should have a right to vote at a referendum on this as a single package. But they must know the economic value first, and what other things they will get in exchange. All this requires some investigative journalism.

Nothing is Serb property anymore. When the decision was made to send Serb tanks in Kosova, those who made that decision should have also thought about what could happen if Serbia along with its tanks is forced out of Kosova. What happens is that nothing that was valid before you sent the tanks is valid now. Why? Because we, along with those that forced you out say so. When you're a poor small country, you cannot have the thugs that are part of your government threaten on live TV a sitting US president. These are the consequences of that. Not only is this the rational outcome but it's totally bat$h!t crazy for the Serbs to act as if they sent flowers and not tanks that killed our kids, and expect that previous contracts would be kept in place. That is not how things work.

If that property didn't really belong to Serbia, then nobody would be asking Serbia to give it up. There really is no dilemma here. Serbia must always stay firm on its property on Kosovo-Metohija which is valued in the billions. Everything the province has comes from Serbia. Billions over the decades have been invested in the development of Kosovo-Metohija and the welfare of the Albanians up until 1999 when the international community took over. They give a lot of money too, but now because Serbia can't oversee how its being spent, it is only going into the pockets of KLA criminals and not Albanian welfare. That's why so many of them are leaving.

The only reason why this is a huge dilemma for Serbia's gov't is because it wants to join the failing rotting EU which is of course standing on the side of the separatists once again to pressure Serbia to relinquishes rights to its property. Just say no. Serbia will look so foolish surrendering its own property for an EU that is never going to admit Serbia and is very likely to fall apart itself.

Is it perhaps that Belgrade has told the wrong thing to Pristina to ask?! That would not be a surprise at all since Serbia is famous for not being able to formulate the correct thing to ask :)

Well, according to .....:)

Those three words are perpetually used by icj1 as an opening for their illogical conjuring. For example, in this unscholarly manner icj1, the CB of B92, previously presented a bigoted theory that an entire ethnic group has a neurological disorder.

Illogical associations, conjured by icj1, are falsely presented as "according to".... someone else. The only person claiming the drivel that follows those words is our less than distinguished Reader, icj1, the CB of B92.

Perhaps a Russian military base in Northern Kosovo would encourage a true dialogue which would be fair to both Serbs and Albanians. A rule of law that would protect all the people with a council of Russians, & E. U. Representatives.

The quicker the EU disintegrates the better for everyone.
I voted out and have no regrets.
Do not let them take this away from the Serbian people, what next will
they want if you agree to this.
You can bet the UK/GERMANY AND USA are behind this outrageous ultimatum.
Just say NO DEAL.

Don't worry this is nothing, the worst is yet to come. The a**licking Vucic will sell out the whole country before this is over. Anyone in their right mind knows that the US/EU intentions are to wipe Serbia off the map. Putin is waiting with open arms, yet Vucic will forfeit the country before aligning himself with Russia.

"...said that this has been happening in the last two or three days..."

No. It's been happening for last 25 years.

And severe ultimatums will be happening in the future as well. That's the only thing we can expect.

"...what is it that we as a country or a nation would get by accepting a draft agreement such as this one, the answer is always silence. "

Is this surprise to you?

“We are asked to give up our property when it comes to telecommunications, and also much worse than that – to agree by foregoing Telekom Srbija’s assets that all of our assets in Kosovo and Metohija are not ours anymore and that they belong to the institutions of the self-proclaimed, illegal, fictitious country in Priština,” says Đurić.

Your assets, my foot.
Stop the BS Gjuro, and tell the truth how you were not allowed to enter Kosova!?
The assets of telecommunication in Kosova belong to Kosova, and not some far away Belgrade in Serbia.

About time the thumb screws are put on. Take it or leave it. The redicules Serb games are a thing of the past. It is time Serbia is put in it's place. Bravo...... and not to forget, it was just announced that Jeremic will not be Secretary General of the UN. Nobody expected that anyway, besides some fascist serbs on this site. Hahahahaha .....

.... Ooooo take it easy young man. You are unwanted in our state that's why you have to step down and go of-course.
The Kosovo assents stay where they are. Gazivoda lake is 9.7 km long - about 2km is in Serbian territory the rest remains in Kosovo of- course you will not have it.

who changed the paper over night?? Hahahah

Why are you still whining about something that isn't yours? Just because you have some old churches and monasteries in Kosova doesn't mean anything at all. Go bother someone else, people have growned tired of you long time ago. No one wants to hear serbs whining about "their loss". The Israel-Palestine conflict is a billion times more interesting, hell the Kashmir conflict is more interesting. You are boring. Boring people, boring country, boring mentality.

Just say no.

If you are the rightful owner, you don't have yo give away anything.
If they are requesting that Serbia hive up its telecommunications the that means Serbia is the owner.

This is a no brainer. If anyone has any questions as to whether Serbia should continue begging to join the EU. I would recommend a trip to Greece where economic conditions are worse than Serbia
