Both Russia & China have a very clear 'No first use of nuclear weapons policy'. Guess which country does not? Go on, guess? Were you right? Yes! It is the United States! The country that stores over 200 tactical nuclear weapons in Europe for 'its protection'. The US is more than happy to damage or destroy its own allies if it results in a political win for the US. They'll fight to the last European!

This is exactly what people mean by the US being hypocritical.
The US surrounds a country with missle defense systems that id claimed to be defensive but in reality it can be reconfigured to be offensive and think the country being surrounded will not react and protect its national interest and defense of its people.

You got a point there. Add to that that if somebody as mentally unstable as Donald has the control of those weapons, he might fire them at Russia and China because he might feel offended by something that Vlad and Xi says, thus sending China, Russia, US and most of the rest of the world to the creator!
