I am frankly surprised that you don't know, you seem to know everything AY :). Let me humbly try to help you: I am pretty positive icj1 is referencing the many many 'heroes' belonging to the Serbian military and government, who have been condemned by the ICTY for war crimes in former Yugoslavia and, more specifically, Kosovo. If you don't know, ICTY is a UN institution, established by the UN Security Council to deal with those crimes. The UN Security Council is another UN institution composed of Russia, China, the US, and other countries. Some of the members of the UNSC have veto power, given their weight in the world. This is important because it means that everything that is agreed upon at the UNSC, including the existence of war crime tribunals like ICTY, is approved by those members.

You don't have to take my word for it of course.

Guys remember, this man is a fraud and is trying to pose as an "Englishman" in a desperate attempt to give his pathetic opinions more weight than they should have. He thought my real name as "Ari" and made it clear that this is not a Serbian name. Obviously, he would have to be from the Balkans to know what is a Serbian name, and what is not. He's a pitiful little troll and doesn't do a very good job at it either. As far as I know the BIH Constitution does not prohibit referendums. For the constitutional court to prohibit this is a violation of human rights and the right for self determination.

Let me humbly try to help you: I am pretty positive icj1 is referencing the many many 'heroes' belonging to the Serbian military and government, who have been condemned by the ICTY for war crimes in former Yugoslavia and, more specifically, Kosovo. If you don't know, ICTY is a UN institution, established by the UN Security Council to deal with those crimes. The UN Security Council is another UN institution composed of Russia, China, the US, and other countries. Some of the members of the UNSC have veto power, given their weight in the world. This is important because it means that everything that is agreed upon at the UNSC, including the existence of war crime tribunals like ICTY, is approved by those members.

You don't have to take my word for it of course.
