I see that you still get hot and bothered every time big fat Dodik is mentioned.

Berlin is behind this move... There is an internal paper which lists contingency plans what should happen if the referendum is held. One of the measures is to indicate support to Sarajevo for Dodic's summons.

This is really stupid, if they arrested Milo Dodik and charged him for holding a referendum, it would unite all of the Serbian people behind him, and make Bosnia, the court, and the EU look undemocratic. The court has no constitutional device for banning elections, and when they did it they made a huge mistake. Now if they prosecute him for the charge of holding an election, they are making fools of themselves.

Bosnian prosecutors are not behind this. They are not smart enough.
They would rather go to war that's how smart they really are.
It's U.S and Europe standing behind and pushing the prosecutors forward. Then when conflict starts the big powers come in and throw their weight around.
Only a fool can't see how this works.

In the interest of keeping the peace, this prosecutor needs to back off, all the way off. The Serbs aren't doing anyone any harm and Dodik is not doing anything wrong. Everybody can see that. This prosecutor and his supporters in B&H are dragging a fragile peace into the pit.

I hope there is a referendum in Sandzak to join with Bosnia. Muslims are a majority in that region. No reason why they can't join with Bosnia as nobody wants to be a part of Serbia.

This referendum was not a mistake, was not illegal, was not unnecessary, was not corrupt, was not undemocratic and was certainly not an act of provocation. This referendum was legal, was democratic, was necessary, was welcomed in the main by the population of RS,was carried out under close international scrutiny and observation (we know this because they're all talking about it and some don't like the result!) and it was most certainly not a mistake. Much blood has been shed in the defense of the Serbian nation over many decades in this backwater of the Balkans and they have every right to celebrate the fact that they exist. If the Bosniaks and Croats want a similar day to celebrate be our guest the Serbs don't have a problem with it,but to try to pretend Bosnia is somehow united is to fly in the face of reality. The divorce took place in 1995 in case anyone didn't notice.

Who's a prosecutor of pseudo-state called Bosnia Hercegovina? Some Bosniak who respects Sharia Law or some ustasha who rehabilitate those who were condemned in Nurnberg?
The only mistake of Dodik has been to hold referendum: this national day was already existing, voting to keep it has just been something to wake up a cancer like radical muslims and nazi-ustashas.
