If I was a foreign judge on the CCBH, who idiotically adjudicated a political issue, then I would assume responsibility actions.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 24 September 2016 07:47)

I totally understand that decisions by sane people look idiotic to idiots, but that aside, what does "assume responsibility actions" mean in English?!
(icj1, 25 September 2016 00:05)

---

My comments had a typographical error that inadvertently omitted two words and should have read:
If I was a foreign judge on the CCBH, who idiotically adjudicated a political issue, then I would assume responsibility for my actions.

I assume responsibility for my writing and issue corrections when I err in grammar or fact. Unfortunately, neither icj1, the CB of B92, nor the CCBH, comprehend this concept and maintain their idiotic ramblings.

The CCBH is staffed by foreign judicial who represent lunacy inconsistent with the rule of law in democratic societies ( unless oyou're in a warped society run by icj1). In the land of icj1, neurological disorders are broadly painted on an entire ethnic group. Such Claims are only routinely practice by icj1 and other disciples of Mengele medicine.

The CCBH is no better in their errors with their ethnically split "ruling". The RS happened to be founded on January 9, and that St. Stephen's day, is coincidental and of no significance. The CCBH fools couldn't even learn learn that every day is the feast day of at least one saint.

This referendum is meaningless and is just an a impotent substitute for one on "Separation" from BiH, one which will never happen. It is meant to make Bosnian Serbs feel good about themselves, nothing more.
It is equivalent to settling for masturbation when you can't get laid.

Will a yes vote create any jobs, put food on the table, induce more inward investment? These are the things that matter
(ned taylor, 24 September 2016 18:23)

This I agree but there several other dimensions and contexts that really matter. One of them is that Serbs are tired of the burden and dream to get rid of the unnatural unity of the Muslims and the Jesuits. If Besa people or the Brits can enjoy the right for self definition then why Russians and Serbs in Crimea and BIH must be deprived of the same right? Is it because we are the only two European peoples who do not suck ? So food is important but what were the economic results of the two decades that NATO states rule BIH? I personally believe that Bosniaks and Serbs can live together while Croats must live in Croatia. Russia has big experince of settling things with the Muslims. Our Muslim batalion still divides the Jews and the Lebanese you know.

Rote: If the referendum was for independence rather than simply whether or not people in the RS want to continue to celebrate RS day, I would agree that it would hold a status above that of an election. However, everyone knows that those who wish to celebrate this holiday are going to continue to do so even in the unlikely event that the vote goes the other way. Who runs the entity for the next four years is surely more important for the person on the street. Will a yes vote create any jobs, put food on the table, induce more inward investment? These are the things that matter to everyday folk and the euphoria of the referendum will fade very quickly.

No sovereign state has seats on its constitutional court reserved for foreign judges. It disrespects democratic governance and the rule of law. There is no denying the continuation of foreign intervention in BiH to support Muslim parties’ policies that discriminate against other ethnic groups.

The stupidity of the CCBH and its outsiders handed Dodik an easy political victory. Your comments ignore this fact. If you don't want to be looked at, then stop posting biased drivel.

Dodik does not need the say so of the electorate for the Day of the RS to continue to be a public holiday; he is in a position to simply carry on celebrating it this way. The ruling of the Constitutional Court will not be invalidated by a referendum.
(ned taylor, 23 September 2016 19:17)

The "ruling" is ridiculous and invalidated by its own idiocy. The fact that the RS happened to be founded on January 9, St. Stephen's day, is coincidental and of no significance. Every day of the year is the feast day of at least one saint.

Abdullah! Please read today’s speech of Lavrov and find someone else who dared to say so much of the truth. Unfortunately we did not kill all the rebellions … yet. But we work on it on a daily basis while we all know how terrorism became a tool of the USA since Afghanistan. Be it Kosovo or Chechnia or Libya or Somalia or Boko Haram or ISIL or Nusra or Ihvan ul Muslimin ect. Those are their irregular troops able to turn upside down in every region of the world. I like the developments but I fear 1914 when nobody wanted a war may happen. This time with the nukes and hyper sound missiles. Of course the USA and their suckers are no longer in a position to impose their will but they still threaten the world. Shutting Russia up will be problematic now so you dream of the damned 90s when everybody thought that Russia was dead. Wehrmacht Field Marshal Gaider wrote in his diary that RUSSIA IS DEAD just 2 weeks after the war started. But Gaider was shot while Russia survived so don’t you stake on our enemies! There are 2 main principles of the IR and they contradict one another. So the west is pulling out one or another depending on their interest. Where’s Russia wrong?

Your post has a lot of words but doesn't say much.
Are you saying that the Court should have rejected the request from Izetbegovic and then everything would be ok?
I disagree, Dodik would have weakened the system just a little more and would just wait for another opportunity to exploit.

You want me to blame people other that Dodik? I dont have time but here is a quick few.
Russia - They couldnt even condemn the OHRs diluted statement. While Russia had its own secessionist problems, all they could talk about were "international borders" and "state integrity", now that they have killed all rebellions they won't shut up about self-determination for all
EU - finally accepting BH membership application after ignoring the area for the last 5 years, seem to be completely clueless about what to do with Dodik and the various other morons
USA - who? does Obama even know that Bosnia exists
OHR & Constitutional Court - powerless, cant enforce anything which weakens these institutions and BH even more

Karadzic said last week that he regrets restraining troops in battlefield.
Karadzic, probably the individual directly responsible for the most war crimes in Europe in recent history, said something provocative and he was completely ignored by most of the world because he is a loser whose day has gone.
I don't know a lot about what Halilovic does these days apart from spit on Serbs but he is also a loser whose day is past.

When Karadzic made his stements, I don't recall Izetbegovic raging and demanding that the whole world stop what it is doing and condemn him, but Vucic was outraged that Halilovic was not the most important thing on Obamas task list for the day.
I didn't hear Izetbegovic saying that all Banja Luka think like Karadzic but Dodik said that all Sarajevo thinks like Halilovic.
Izetbegovic did not say that Karadzic is a spokesman for Dodik, but I did hear Dacic say that Halilovic is a spokesman for Izetbegovic.`

No-one is telling Serbs not to react, just stop the politicians from making a mountain out of a molehill.

Are the Croats puppets? No , Croatia told the Bosnia Croats to stop running to Zagreb for every little thing and to sort out their differences in BiH where the Dayton agreement said they should. So they did that.
Many of them still leave, but there is no evidence that there is much discrimination, more that BiH is poor and they all have EU passports.

RS

pre 7 godina

Look at these foreign agents telling Serbs not to react to a Bosnian Muslim (Sefer Halilovic) who in 1991 created a military unit that committed massacres a year later (March 1992), which led to the civil war in Bosnia. Those telling Serbs to be silent are those that want media to broadcast the Serb counter offensive [to Muslim offences] as if it was the first offense in Bosnia, just like they blamed Serbs for every civil war in Yugoslavia on Serbian soil. The western media rehashes disproven 1990s reports since their governments maintain anti-Serb policies (Biden is still VP https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/106/sconres21/text).

The west spends massive amounts of money on intelligence, yet the people are not allowed to know that former murders are threatening again?

Should the Croats be concerned, or are they puppets as well these days? Sefer Halilovic's unit is accused of killing Croat children, am I correct? His unit was found guilty of killing Croat civilians, am I correct? Sefer Halilovic was found to be their wartime commander, am I correct?

Now look at these agents online supporting their own actions with lies, which in reality (from a people's logical viewpoint) they are actually advocating for the argument of a smaller intelligence budget for them in the near future, am I right? Rather than providing the people with this important intelligence they are covering up intelligence, am I right? So there is no need for their continued employment.

Dodik is a politician who, by simple definition, is a liar and opportunist. His lies are no worse than Obama's though his hands are devoid of the blood on the latter.

Unfortunately, in BiH, incompetence extends beyond politicians and is also exemplified by judges on its laughable " Constitutional Court".

If the Constitutional Court of BiH had a better level of judicial competence, it would have had an appropriate judicial response to Izetbegovic's political request annulling a statutory holiday. Its foreign interlocutors spurned the crisis by gross judicial negligence; these foreigners erroneously decided to adjudicate a political issue. The stupidity of taking on this political issue was eclipsed by a tsunami of illegitimacy reflected in a decision split along ethnic lines by people who couldn't distinguish a constitution from constipation.

The political army of incompetent foreigners in BiH are no better in their pack mentality than the locals, and people like "Ned Taylor" or "Dwight" will remain silent to this level of gross foreign incompetence. Its time for these people to pack-up their hypocrisy in their suitcases and take it home.

One of them is that Serbs are tired of the burden and dream to get rid of the unnatural unity of the Muslims and the Jesuits. Is it because we are the only two European peoples who do not suck ? So food is important but what were the economic results of the two decades that NATO states rule BIH? Ned Taylor is correct. The referendum can safely be called "pointless" because it is advisory only, it cannot reverse the court decision. The RS already celebrates this day as a holiday and the result of the referendum is also known already.
The whole point of the referendum is to get Dodik votes in the main elections next week.

"While deafening silence fails to provide even minimal resistance to threats of violence"
How many soldiers are in Sefer Halilovic's army? How many tanks will he be able to deploy, how many fighter jets will he send to attack RS. The answer is 0.
If Obama or Merkel etc were to respond to every threat of violence made by an idiot from the Balkans it would be a full time job. Dodik and Halilovic are like brothers from another mother. The more Dodik can provoke people into talking dirt about the RS, the more votes that Dodik will get in the main elections next week.
