"EUgoslavia" not quite there yet - "still has no Milosevic"

Yes, I'm sure Milosevic made Izetbegovic write the "Islamic Declaration" which envisioned a Islamic State in Bosnia way back before Milosevic was ever elected. Or maybe Milosevic was rounding up Ustasha Croat expats living in Australia and the U.S. to plan an independent state of Croatia again. What this Bieber idiot doesn't realize is that Yugoslavia was structurally flawed and doomed to fail regardless of who its leader is. And just like that, the EU is also doomed to fail because its not a sustainable model.

But you can look at Angela Merkel as your Milosevic if you wish. She isn't pumping nationalism, but rather a sick version of globalism mixed with the call last year of as many migrants to come to Europe as possible. Pissing off eastern Europe, imposing austerity on southern Europe, imposing mass immigration to northern Europe... all while German exports thrive with the Euro exchange mechanism.

I doubt it will disintegrate like EUgoslavia or the EUSSR, it will disintegrate in its own unique way, by popular vote. It has already started with Brexit and Euroscepticism is on the increase so expect others, Nexit, Frexit and so on ;-)

Until I see one EU country tank rolling in another EU country and killing people for just thinking different, then NO, EU is nothing like Yugoslavia.

Reading comments on this article, a lot of people who are not even citizens of EU member states, seem to wish it would unravel, may I ask why that is? Why does Ari Gold, a US citizen, care? For that matter shy dies William UK care? The EU has been THE primary vehicle in preventing war between European nations, at least western ones and if that is the only reason to wish for its continued existance, then that is a good enough reason. The EU will continue with or wothout the UK.
