Just curious if Djuric dared to raise his middle finger or say "Te Q---ha"! (F--k You! in Albanian) would ethnic Albanian cops have pulled him out of the vehicle and started beating the heck out of him? In fact are most Albanian cops not tolerant of obscenities and obscene gestures hurled against them?

Even if I concede that it's a cliche but since 'po' means 'yes' in Albanian and since "popo" is the uncommon American slang term for police the thing is in America most cops may acknowledge it without incident if asked "You the popo?" but is it possible that if an American were to ask an English speaking Albanian cop the same question the question is would the Albanian cop have a strange look on his or her face and reply " Are you a weirdo?" all because the cop misinterpreted "popo" as "yesyes." Finally if an Albanian kid were to see an Albanian criminal in action would the kid end up scaring off the criminal if he or she announced "My daddy is the popo" all because the hypothetical criminal realized what "popo" means.

Maybe it's because Serbs aren't forcing Albanians to leave? Maybe it's because after all the anti-Serb stereotyping, Albanians in Presevo have more rights than Serbs in Kosovo who need all sorts of international agreements to simply allow them to live there since Albanians seem Hell-bent on making everywhere they live ethnically clean?

Last I checked, an Albanian home in Presevo wasn't burned down, their property stolen, or their children shot at from a safe distance with the criminals never being found. That's something entirely sui generis to the People's Democratic Republic of Kosovastan.

You're supposed to be arguing in your favor Joni, not reinforcing the points of the other side :)

Serbs got bu++hurt over a monument made of stone and sent their army to fight a stone monument. Very Don Quixote like. Serbs blocked books that teach Albanian first graders how to read and write in Albanian. Enough with the rest of your bull$hit. A 6 year old Albanian kid who can read and write in Albanian is a massive threat to the state of Serbia; hence they are not allowed to read.

Also Albanians have left Presheva as well; because the Serb government invests nothing and makes life difficult. There are no macho nationalities; no matter how macho a Serb or an Albanian thinks their people are. It's all BS. At the end of the day people will gravitate towards where they can make a better living.

And how many brave Serbians went faster than light out of Kosovo?

omg , they finally admit that he has to get a permission from Prishtina!? \
(the truth, 22 September 2016 13:45)

No, more like the EU mandates Pristina gives permission in the name of free movement of people. If you want to interpret this illusion of authority as some sort of power, that's your problem, not the rest of us paying attention and wondering why Albanians suddenly decide to breach protocol. Is it election season in Kosovo? Wait, why should I ask you? You don't live there, so you wouldn't know.

This is an example of what happens when Kosovo Albanians don't have Big Brother NATO or the US by their side - they are totally ineffective and crumble. Better hope hostilities on a larger scale don't revisit Kosovo. Albanians will be in for a big surprise. Keep poking the hornet's nest...

Djuric's visit to Kosovo was properly announced and its duration expired on Thursday morning, in line with the agreements reached earlier between Belgrade and Pristina, the agency said.

omg , they finally admit that he has to get a permission from Prishtina!? If he did not follow the protocol according to the permit issued, than they have the right to ship him back to Serbia.

(zxcvbnm123, 22 September 2016 12:28)

Hehe, is that why Djuric wasn't apprehended? A small little Serb enclave only 20 minutes from Pristina managed to chase away the Albanian police and defended their government minister who works for the Republic of SERBIA. This is even more embarrassing than when ROSU terror units tried to invade northern Kosovo over night and were sent back over the bridge in defeat!
