Karadzic "regrets restraining troops in battlefield"
According to German daily Die Zeit, <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/region.php?yyyy=2016&mm=03&dd=24&nav_id=97477" class="text-link" target= "_blank">Hague convict Radovan Karadzic</a> has said it was his mistake to prevent the army from achieving even more in the battlefield.
You got your facts wrong. You have a very simplistic viewpoint of the events of the 90's
The script in the Balkans was for all the smaller republics to push for war. Not to win.. but rather to get another big guy to win it on your behalf. They had no chance of winning (but that didn't stop them).
In this strategy the goal was to create as many civilian casualties as possible while generating enough outrage in order to manufacture consent for international intervention. This has been well documented and discussed by many international scholars and is even admitted by Croatian and Bosnian Moslem leadership on video tape in the well made documentary Yugoslavia: Death of a Nation.
This of course does not mean that Serbs were angels, but it also means that the republics and autonomous regions were not angels. Far from it.
They were just as complicit in the deaths of people as those who killed them. And God was watching.

Milosevic was the only sane person of the lot who chose peace over the complete destruction of Serbs in Bosnia/Herzegovina. You can thank Martic, Babic, et al for the Serbs being cleansed from Croatia failing to negotiate with Croatia and heeding to Milosevic advice.
You can also thank Yeltsin who betrayed the Serbs in Kosovo while parading around Russian Tanks in Pristina only to be pulled back at the orders of the US.

If you talibans even thought you would have a chance to defeat the Serbs you wouldn't stop when you were ahead. It took NATO 78 days to defeat a poor and small country and you think a bunch of goat headers would have a chance.

Why did Croats stop "operation ustacha" at eastern slavonia? You expelled all the Serbs from other areas but not from there. You know why? Because the Serbian army was to close for you cowards to feel comfortable. You are brave when fighting civilians. But you left eastern slavonia alone and to this day Serbs are still there thanks to your coward army. To bad Slobo was more concerned about his own behind than the defense of the Serbian population in Srpska Krajina. If he wouldn't pull out our soilders you would never have the courage to fight the Serbs.

I'm no expert but I'm told by my balkan friends that Tudjman and Milosovic were speaking on the phone regularly to determine troop movements and that Milosovic agreed to pull back Serb Troops in Croatia for a retreat elsewhere of Croat forces. So it seems even then they were cooperating so why the hostility now? I'm puzzled.

In the video you posted, they said that Bosniak and Croatian forces would not have been able to advance the way that they did without NATO bombing the whole of Republika Srpska. Same in Krajina, Croat Ustashe had NATO support and could not make any gains without it. If NATO wasn't there, Serb forces would have moved into Zagreb without any problems.
