Belgrade's Nikola Tesla airport puts Tel Aviv in "Palestine"

The Israeli embassy in Serbia has condemned and described as "unacceptable" a recent incident at Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport, Beta agency is reporting.

I would be upset too. This was very wrong to confuse passengers and must be addressed and I am happy to hear that there was action taken. Probably a foreigner working for Air Serbia. On 1 August 2013, Jat Airways and Etihad Airways entered into an agreement of strategic partnership. Cabin crew only need to speak English apparently.

The Israeli protest is greatly exaggerated -- it's only a couple of kilometers from TA to Palestine (West Bank). The geographical situation in the region is confusing though: the occupied (Syrian) Golan Heights is described by Israel as their territory...
