How does having Western Balkans in EU stop migrants from coming in? Being in EU or not, if a country wants to stop them they CAN. Greece is in EU, yet migrants managed to get to it plus travel through it.

The limbo with Visegrád-countries was already set pretty low. The only two countries in the region more-less ready for the EU are Slovenia and Croatia.
