icj1, the CB of B92, has diagnosed an entire ethnic group with a neurological disorder. icj1's diagnosis is not based on any physical evidence or fact. icj1's warped diagnosis was conjured in his/her own bigoted mind. Truly ironic that the CB of B92 tells others to get some facts right. Laughable.

Kangaroo Court.

Hold someone for 12 years (which is against the human right to speedy trial) and still can't convict him.

Incompetent.

He was already convicted, mate... and not just once, but three times! As usual, you have challenges with writing something and getting the facts right lol
(icj1, 31 August 2016 18:31)

I don't know what you're smoking but the article clearly states that he was found not guilty and the Hague wants to retry him.

Maybe you should take a 30 day break from the drugs? Your understanding might improve.
(factman, 1 September 2016 04:16)

Well, I'm not sure what article you are referring to, mate. I go by what Hague says, and Hague say's that there are three judgements in Seselj cases that found him guilty and convicted him to a total of almost 5 years in prison.

Englishman.
Fact is that Tribunal never sentenced a single Croat. Not one!
It's probably because nobody in Croatia ever committed any crimes against Serbs. What else could it be?
(Sreten, 1 September 2016 07:13)

Well the tribunal actually did sentence some Croats.
But yeah, you're right not too many Croats committed crimes and that's the reason not too many of them were sentenced.
Like I said earlier the vast majority of the bloodshed in the Balkans in the 90s was committed by Serbs.
Thanks for agreeing with me.

I share Bob's view entirely.
I don't care about Seselj, but this court...

Corrupt prosecutors have been bribed with dirty money to push for re-trial. Their pockets filled with Croatian and Bosnian criminals money. When will they leave him alone? he was made innocent just like Gotovina,Haradanaj and the rest of the non serb criminals.

Englishman

Hopefully the court will find him guilty adding yet another chapter to the proof of guilt and who was behind the vast majority of the bloodshed in the Balkans in the 90s.
The reason they let Gotovina go is because he was innocent.
Live with it and move on.

Factman you forgot to mention
"He volunteered himself peacefully, and wasn't dragged to Hague", the big factor!!!!

I don't care if they retry and/or find him guilty.

However, I DO care that these international courts should be more active in future, BUT that they should be politically neural, politically independent and provably COMPETANT.

The ICTY is scum. Pure filth. They didn't try this hard to convict Ante Gotovina who was responsible for ethnically cleansing a quarter million Serbs within a matter of a few days from Krajina. Or Naser Oric, or even prosecute Hashim Thaci. But here they are, trying to convict a man who was in their possession for over a decade, who they failed to convict because they know he didn't commit a single war crime. There is a special place in hell for everyone at that phony tribunal.

"The Chamber erred in fact ..."

Truly comical stuff from the clowns and jesters of the ICTY. The rules of evidence are so horrid that the prosecution or judges have succeeded in demonstrating they can't distinguish true facts from the fictional inferences they've conjured in their warped minds.
