Belgrade-Pristina talks: No agreement on telecommunications
Marko Djuric says delegations of Belgrade and Pristina failed to agree after 20 hours of talks on all issues necessary for an agreement on telecommunications.
Read the above link the other day, and I still say that; This guy Gjuro is as phony as it comes. The meeting was only about country code and not ZSO, or what ever you want to call it.
