Some of Serbia's neighbors are simply jerks, that's all. Why no problems with Hungarians, Bulgarians, Romanians, or Macedonians? Slovenes and Bosnians have problems with Croats. Greeks, Serbs, Montenegrins, and Macedonians have problems with Albanians.
It's your immature culture, not Serbia's.

What's not to understand? This is part of a package of agreements that Kosovo Albanians were finally pressured to accept. In exchange for unblocking the bridge and working on getting a dialing code, ZSO finally gets implemented after years of stalling by Pristina. I trust Djuric far more than that transvestite Tahiri or any of Kosovo's PDK/LDK/AAK clowns.
