This is according to the president of the Center for Foreign Policy NGO, Aleksandra Joksimovic, who added that she believes Biden will ask Pristina "to unblock the Brussels agreement."

You seem to have forgotten that Biden was the biggest hawk during the war in Kosova. He has indicated many times that he hates Serbia.
