Guess what... Serbia wants the Hague to amend their laws and release our patriots. This is just another outright signal that the EU is not for us. By making this ridiculous request they knew that Serbia would not entertain changing laws and then eventually it would be used as a point of contention for the final chapters of joining the Borg... It is, but within the limits of the UN charter. Membership in the UN does not just afford the right of having in a seat in the UN General Assembly. It also entails obligations, such as compliance with UNSCR 827 in this case.

Serbia is, of course, free to denounce the UN charter, renounce UN membership and then it would make sense for Serbia to say that UNSCR 827 obligations do not apply.
