Lebanese man's terrifying experience with Belgrade cabbie

Kamal El-Zein, a Lebanese man who recently visited Belgrade, claims a taxi driver charged him RSD 9,000 (EUR 73) for a 5-kilometer ride.

The driver was Albanian!....

Just kidding! Taxi drivers don't have a nationality, they're a different species altogether! City of Belgrade has to step up and create an environment that's friendly for Tourists who use cabs. Start making the laws and enforcing them. Belgrade Waterfront isn't the whole universe, spend some time on the smaller things that matter too. Nobody should ever have to go through that experience especially regardless of nationality.

I had some bad experiences with Belgrade Taxi drivers. As I got out I said F.Yu and then ran for my life. I have to say that these are not real Serbians driving taxis but foreigners who learnt the Serbian language and want to make money in an easy but criminal way

If you ask my opinion I feel that the cab driver was "in the wrong",besides,what that cab driver did would be considered illegal in most parts of the world.Am I correct?
