The United States understands that Serbia has traditionally strong ties with Russia, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland said in Belgrade Monday.

What are you talking about? Russians literally came up with an excuse to attack Ukraine as soon as they chose the European Union.

“Montenegrin plug in the Serbian bottle”
Summary :
1/ fast NATO membership of Montenegro opens door for swallowing Serbia too.
2/ This state as NATO believes will soon have to refuse from neutrality to join the organization. IPAP signed silently last year already is the highest level of cooperation with non-NATO states.
3/ Montenegro is the only non-NATO state on the Adriatic and the only hole between Serbia and the sea.
4/ Montenegro has to coexist with the bandit region where Islamic terrorists live in peace with the Americans in Bondsteel. But most Albanians here do not consider Montenegro as their own state.
5/ So now and then they demand autonomy for their regions in the east. And as soon as the elites in Montenegro stop to cooperate with the West Albanian dog will be unchained. By now their anger is canalized by the US towards Serbia and Macedonia.
6/ Phantom army of Montenegro is not taken serious by anyone. We saw it in Macedonia that also was prompt to admit new Kosovo administration.
7/ Pan-Albanian project is used by the Americans as an instrument to block Russia on Balkans and punish states of the region diverting away from the Atlantic course.
8/ 20% of the Montenegrin Muslims are under big press of the radicals , Saudi and the Turks

If you understand and respect your "allies" so much, then why not return Kosovo back to the Serbs? You just cannot infringe on a nation's territorial integrity and then pretend that nothing has happened. Typical US duplicitous crap!!!

These words, from the highest ranking diplomat responsible for the penetration of US phallic foreign policy into the European uterus, are meaningless.
