Once I tried to talk to a Zeleznice Srbije employee, representing Serbia during a tourist fair in Budapest. My topic was about the proper passenger tariff to Russia via Hungary to make the railway much more competitive than the airplane.

He was totally drunk and wasn't able to talk in any language.

Not sure, he represented Serbia's interests in Budapest. He represented the interest of Hungarian wineries in Budapest instead. This is fine, I do that, too. But I am representing only myself and I am not paid doing it.
