You might want to read the Ahtisaari Plan, which the so-called "constitution" of Kosovo is based on.
(the actual truth, 23 May 2016 19:29)

There is only one little problem, Serbia never signed onto the Ahtisaari Plan and therefore, does not recognize the plan.

Well it was the Haradinajs who protected visoki decani monastery during the war and right after the war before Nato got there.
(Gjon Marku, 23 May 2016 21:17)

But in 2004 when Albanian savages were headed towards Decani and Pec, it was Italian KFOR that stood their ground and protected the monasteries. Haradinaj was probably directing the mob. You need to learn your history better.

Again. You dont have to believe me. Ask Father Sava Janjic. In one of the first interviews when UQK took Decan and Peja, Haradinaj personally made sure to protect Heritage.

I know you like to referr to 2004, which was tragic, but you cannot be that blind.

That's a big Lie,
Ibrahim Rugova, protected the Serbian religious sites, and had to run away to Belgrade to save his life, when certain KLA leader's turned on him.He came back to Kosovo when NATO and Russian's troops arrived in a few day's latter.

Gjon Marku, Serbian monasteries were under protection of Albanians? No wonder that many of them were destroyed by the very same protectors. Dueing Ottoman reign it was Albanians that were targeting monasteries. Its well known fact! In ww2, it was Italians soldiers that defended monasteries and in 1999-till now it was international troops. Albanians were always keen to destroy V. Decani. They massacred Serb population and now their churches. Grow some brain and some heart! Cheers!

Now that the Albanian court has determined that the land belongs to the monastery, will this same court prosecute Albanian vandals when they desecrate this and other Serb church property?

Gjon Marku

If you know Kosovo and it's 'laws', does anybody with a sane mind really thinks Haradinaj's clan mates in Decani care about a court ruling?

Visoki Decani Monastery has always been under albanian protection. During Ottoman rule when Serbs fleed like sheeps, during 98/99 war and the 2004 protests.

If you are going to report and quote do it properly. You mention this term "Kosovo and Metohija" which does not exist anywhere other than Serbia. The Constittutional Court of Kosovo which is not Serbian would never in a million years use that term yet you've included it in your article as if they did as a quote. Poor propagandist reporting. You and ever Chetnosrb knows the statement did not say that. Give evidence or change and stop distorting facts you silly trolls.

I can't see any problem here the constitution court decides that Kosovan land belong to Kosovo.. What problem?
(Naim, 23 May 2016 14:09)

You might want to read the Ahtisaari Plan, which the so-called "constitution" of Kosovo is based on. You'll find there are a number of lands in Kosovo that don't belong to "Kosovo". The monastery of Visoki Decani is one of them. The "problem" is that there are a number of dim-witted Albanians who thought they could steal land from the monastery. So the only people who should be upset with this ruling are the extreme nationalists in Kosovo led by AAK and Vetevendosije.

All of these belong to one owner and this is called Kosovo.
What Serbs got to get happy about it? Nothing.

We should have the same ruling about the border demarcation with our neighbour MNE and see what it says.

The Constitutional Court of Kosovo - does not matter as per Vucic, Djuric and Dacic.

They signed a document that Association will be as per laws of Kosovo and reviewed by Constitutional court of Kosovo but they said it does not matter will they ACPEPPT THIS DECISION?

So Does it? or not?

Will you agree with it or not?
