Dacic also pointed to procedural violations as Citaku's speech was titled "the Republic of Kosovo," demanding that the matter be aligned with the UN regulations.
hahaHAHAHA, this guy was hammered badly yesterday not only by Vlora and some of western ambassadors, but also from UNMIK SRSG , when he clearly stated that; UNMIK does not administer Kosova. Therefore the role of UNMIK is an observer mission.
