If there is unrest they will surely blame the West. They must blame someone else for their shortcomings.

What Vucic should be doing is saying to the two leaders "one of you have a protest and march this Saturday and the other one next Saturday". How is that complicated to understand? I suspect that Dodik has had a word in Vucic's ear and asked him to invent this so called trouble to give him an excuse to ban the opposition march which in turn would lead to the cancellation of the rival march of government supporters.

Yes, how did I forget the west? When one can't blame minorities, next step is to blame the west and international institutions. Maybe the ICC in the Hague is playing a role in this?
