Serbia is committed to remaining militarily neutral, Zoran Djordjevic, the defense minister in Serbia's outgoing government, said in Moscow on Tuesday.

You peasant... There is no such thing as being neutral. You either support NATO or Moscow. When you maggots join the E.U you will realise that your support for Putin will diminish.
