The Russians want immunity for their people in Serbia and why not after our so called leaders gave carte blanche to the NATO destroyers of civilizations that now are immune from any responsibility on Serbian soil. If Serbia is truly neutral then this would make sense but in reality the Serbian government has chosen a side and I predict the Russian request will go unanswered. Many Serbs believe that neutrality is the way, where have I heard this before? Communist Yugoslavia under Tito tried the same thing and the result was NATO intervention and aggression against Serbs and Serbs only. Maybe sitting on the fence only results in hemorrhoids?
