Hopefully the prosecution appeals the leniency of the sentence and also the first charge verdict- if what happened in north west and east BiH was not genocide then there is a serious failing in the court's jurisprudence.
If the defence fails to prove refutable evidence for the appeals process and if Karadzic remains unremorseful than I personally hope that he won't win the appeals process.
"The court dropping the Markale case and the six most horrific incidents of sniping and shelling of Sarajevo in Karadzic's verdict, along with new evidence which the defense intends to offer in addition to that made in the trial of Mladic, can bring a new liveliness into the Tribunal's courtrooms," added Petronijevic.
Of course this was dropped because clearly this was done by the Bosnian Muslim Terrorists-in a true court of justice Alija Izetbegovic, Haris Siladzic and Ejup Ganic should be tried for war crimes in slaughtering Serbian, Croatian and it's own "Bosniak" citizens.
