The Community of Serbian Municipalities was debated and agreed upon by both the Belgrade and Pristina delegations under European Union auspices, as well as being strongly backed by the International Community including both the United Nations, Russia and the United States, and therefore will be implemented.

The continuing disgraceful scenes that keep on emanating from the ethnic Albanian inhabited areas of the province of Kosovo and Metohija will not alter the reality of it’s implementation. Democracy is a debate of ideas, not violence both within and outside of a Parliamentary Chamber.

My concern therefore lies in what violent scenes and consequently what violence will be directed towards non-Albanians, moderate Albanians and indeed the International Community once the Special Court into KLA War Crimes finds it’s accused members guilty or complicit in murder, rape, organ trading and crimes against humanity among other charges.

But what I do find amusing however are the comments from some of the Albanian visitors to this site that believe that their rantings and abuse constitute some sort of fact or actuality and more bizarrely believe that the International Community will abandon the Community of Serbian Municipalities and the Special Court into KLA War Crimes because of the comments that they leave on sites such as this.

And also, how they try to spin and justify these disgraceful scenes as constituting democracy or normalcy.

Nice picture, Bravo Albania! Will be really interesting if Mrs Hilly Billy wins the election later this year, between her and Angela all of Western Europe will end up looking like this! This is a good example of the new world order they all are talking about!

I think it's adorable that you have to go back almost 20 years for something in Serbia's pre-democratic period to find anything comparable to what happening in Europe's Youngest Democracy now.

The rest of your post wasn't even worth reading since it was mostly angry spittle.

Then lets take something more recently. Wanna talk about Seselj? Or 16 Red Notice from Interpol for high rank politicians? Maybe about the call for war from Irinej? How about the state reception of a convicted Warcriminal? Or new Massgraves found in Serbia? Stolen pension funds anyone? Or the fact that your President cant even operate a computer?

I think its cute that you think you are a democracy.

Should I remind you? Assassination of Arkan Raznatovic, your highest government officials rotting in Hague prison, and still to this day some are getting convicted for the horrible crimes of the 90s.

Lol, It is very laughable to watch Serbs criticize someone else about democracy when they themselves have the slightest clue what democracy means.
..

Guest...please let us know what your version of democracy is? and where to find it?

What's laughable is you spout nothing but rhetoric and CNN/FOX style BS in you comment. A cabinet of politicians wearing gas masks is disturbing and illustrates a governments ineffective legislature in it's country..(and yet their masters say little to nothing) I'll let you in on a secret that your in denial about, Serbia is the dominant entity in the FRY, the U.S. knows this, along with Russia. All the other republics have capitulated and Serbia is left, please don't bring up the NATO agreement, READ IT FIRST AND SEE WHAT IT MEANS.
But most importantly again, please tell me where to find this democracy you speak of?

Now, tell me what kinda democracy has serbia really shown to her people throughout the 90s? You've been compared to genocidal maniacs, and you think you have the knowledge of what a democratic nation shoukd be like?

Serbian is in turmoil and that's no secret, the agreements with NATO, will definitely break serbia apart within. Look at what's going on around serbia, you people are confused, East or West? Civil war will soon erupt in serbia, then we can talk about how Serbs will display their version of democracy. Until then, stay tuned!
