4. Full restitution of seized Serbian property throughout Kosovo at current value

5. Banning of all KLA and Self-Determination movements due to their intolerance for democracy and the rule of law, with continued association being a criminal offence.

6. Full and formal apology to Serbia and the Serbian people for decades of systematic terror, harassment, and violence.

Once all of these long overdue things have been met, peace can finally be discussed.

Times are tough in Kosovo-Metohija. Many are used to the generous welfare system that is no longer in place there. The institutions in Pristina can't create better living standards for Albanians and so "reparations" and stealing more Serbian property are the two most creative ideas they have. And now there is a real chance of civil war between the Albanians themselves.

One day, true moderates in Kosovo-Metohija will find the courage to stand up and admit that life was much better when Serbia had full control over all of its territory and will advocate reintegration as the only way back to a normal life.

It only for local consumption, nothing more.

I see that the frozen conflict has gotten even more frozen into the future.
