eu citzen... interesting perspective. as i understood the notion of genocide, it involves not so much killing your own, but killing others.
coming from the eu, i'd bet your genes are chalk full of genocidal tendencies. you know, either the british colonial projects, or the french, or the spanish, or german, or belgian or dutch, or portugese, or italian. all projects full of theft, rape, genocide, murder and conquer.

What does "member of the Serb clergy" mean?!

From Avni: "I would have hanged the driver. Serbian Talibans think they can play games with Albanian books."
No wouldn't have Avni. You would have run back to your keyboard to anonymously start typing away just like the coward that you are. Cowards like you want no part of a confrontation with Serbs, unless of course it is against a member of the Serb clergy and you out number him 10 to 1 or you have NATO behind you. Just like your cowardly friend Azir, you're all talk. Blah, blah, blah. Run along now, your computer keyboard is calling you.

Count of KosovO - if you look closely as you try to drive across the East bridge from North K. Mitro to the South there are police waiting there. They sit a few feet away from the Carabinieri and stop Serbian cars all the time to search them. There is a customs terminal that is just down the street past the ETC shopping complex, plus there is a large customs terminal on the main street after that, just before hitting the main road to Pristina.

Say no to school books teaching kids to be terrorists.
pre 8 godina
Holy hypocrites! My kids go to a Serbian school in Kosovo and we had to smuggle their textbooks from North Mitrovica because the Albanian (Kosovo) customs guys were seizing the school books. To top it off they shut off the electricity to the school on Monday because the school can afford to pay the 4500 Euro electrical bill. Not at word of this in the media though and no protests.
(Dalibor, 3 March 2016 15:35)
Dalibor,
First of all, there are no Albanian Custom officers or Customs office between North and South Mitrovica because they are both in the same country, namely The Republic of Kosova. Secondly, if a person or entity fail to pay their electric bill then, eventually, they can expect to have their electric service terminated. That is simply the way things work in every country.
However, your story sounds rather contrived on both accounts. Has your nose suddenly started to grow in length!

Of corse it is upsetting when a few activists try to block school books meant for children but then again. This is an isolated event. What do you call Serbia blocking schoolbooks for kids in presheva valley? Google the difference between a crime and state organized discrimination. The sooner you learn the difference, the better because the int. community knows the difference. Hypocrisy has always been strong in serb society. We can see it here in this forum every day. Now go on do what you do best. Insulting me because you have not. One. SINGLE. ARGUMENT. against me because you know i`m right.

Indeed, and they help a lot when it comes to spreading the image of the independent, multiethnic, democratic dream state of Kosovo around the world. Though, this here is only vandalism, but their weekly tear gas episodes in the assembly are legend already.

I wouldn't talk if I were you, considering the sad fact that almost each day on B92 we read that some Serb has brutally killed a family member. It seems there is some truth to the theory that Serbs possess the Genocide Gene.

john if those wounds are still fresh you need to get a coagulant quick. that should have clotted over and started to heal by now. a nation has been born, the goal has been met, the price has been paid in collateral damage. sometimes a few eggs need to be broken to make a cake. but really, gotta see a doctor about that. 2 decades later and it still bleeds... that's too long. stop worry about serbia. worry about kosovo. stop thinking about serbia. think about kosovo. heal yourself with your own initiatives, stop asking for someone else to do it. stop blaming someone else for your woes, there has been plenty of time to have pulled yourselves up from the mire and started to rebuild your country.
