Two men - D.S. from Nis, and A.C. from Smederevska Palanka - have been arrested in Novi Becej, northern Serbia, on suspicion of attempted aggravated murder.

It happen everywhere,but very constantly in Albania ,and Pristina with the Shqiptars.
Shqiptar police would be still looking to find the crimals ,and in Pristina and Pec ,there still cold cases like this to be solved(after 15 or so years).
