The Third Basic Prosecution has appealed the verdict passed in October that sentenced Marko Milic to 4.5 years in prison.

A young man died because of this beast. The ONLY right thing to do when you hit someone or another car is to stop. This is the rule and anyone having a driver's licence HAS TO KNOW that. Let the police come and do their report. You cannot run away from the law. This is not 1900.

4 1/2 years, WTF!!!!!! This is minimum 10 years, and the fact that he fled the scene and the country, at least another 5-10 for that!!!
