Let's be clear, the only people able to 'topple' Dodik are the voters in the RS (as nearly happened in 2014) or, should he indulge in anti Dayton behaviour, the High Representative. It is encouraging surely that Izetbegovic is implying by omission that he has no power to get rid of Dodik and neither does anyone else other than those already mentioned. I suspect that what Nikolic said is a deliberate misinterpretation of a conversation regarding the consequences of the holding of a referendum about the authority of the BiH Constitutional Court and the implication from Dodik that he and others are free to ignore its rulings based on the outcome of such a plebiscite, which they are not. Should anyone in either entity try to do this or to obstruct state agencies from doing their jobs, this would fall very much in the category of anti Dayton behaviour and render that person or persons liable to removal from office by the High Rep. I doubt, however, that Russia (a member of the Peace Implementation Council) would sit idly by whilst this happened should Dodik be involved.

Dodik would not be involved in removing Dayton because it works for RS, but it does not for the western powers who for some reason only saw Dayton as an interim deal until it could be removed so that Sarajevo rules all. However, this blew up in their face and now the west is stuck with funding a very expensive mistake that they have to fund.
Dodik, Serbia and Moscow have all said that Dayton is what keeps the peace. RS can have a referendum on the judiciary and nothing will happen and the EU and US will sit very quietly and do nothing mate.

No doubt there are any number of Serbs in the RS who could fill Dodik's shoes, but if Dodik can be brought down by foreigners, then that is trouble for the RS.

The position today from OHR and the EU is that Dayton only changes with agreement from all sides. Individuals have certain positions and opinions but these cannot be imposed and no-one has anything to gain by trying to do this. The constant refrain about the RS being under threat has been going on for ten years. Dodik promised a referendum in the 2006 election campaign based on this very theory. Here we are ten years later having had no independence referendum and with the RS as strong as ever, albeit struggling financially along with the Federation. The irony in all of this is that in the early 2000s both Dodik and the SNSD were seen as moderate compared to Cavic and the SDS. Now, it seems, the boot is on the other foot. As much as MD can be very frustrating, the IC needs to take a long hard look at their own part in the chaos facing BiH today.

Bosniaks also make up 60% of the military . Bosnia is also part of nato allready. Mabye not on paper but it has alot of allies amongst nato. Esp turkey who threatened to bomb serbia again if they try something funny . So reallity is bosniaks can end the serbs when ever. they want and who will help serbs russia? Please explain how russia will help. Becase in order for russia to help it would have to fly into nato airspace? And serbia will never help. Or risk getting bombed to death so reality .is serbs will eventually die out in bosnia from lack off money work. And a very poor birth rate. Every year there is 20 thousand less serbs in bosnia. check the birth rate statistics of RS ENTITY issued by banja luka. meanwhile muslim bosniaks have 5 kids and grow .: in time serbs will make them selves extinct lmao.
