How is it propaganda when it's coming from a French NGO?
(the actual truth, 30 December 2015 21:25)

Whether something is propaganda or not, is not determined just by the source it is coming from; it depends on the content and the facts/arguments that support that content.

I may need a reality check, Sasa, but I'm not a liar. There must be a way though, try to involve Kosovo's police, ask for guarantees from Prishtina.
(Drymades, 30 December 2015 06:30)

NEVER! that would be admitting that Kosovo is independent and yadda yadda yadda.

The Serbian Orthodox Church would be in the best position to help those people, if not from its own funds, at least by acting as a channel for others' peoples funds (maybe for a fee too, so it makes some money in the process). But the Serbian Orthodox Church needs those people to suffer so the Mullah in Belgrade has something to talk about besides threatening war and gore.

No worries Sasa, no worries. I wouldn't expect anything from Eulex, but I would try to harass any single day Vucic & Dacic & any Serbian politician. My impression is that many of your politicians don't really give a damn about Kosovo and its people, be them Serbs or Albos. Can pretty much understand that feeling. But those kids and their parents have more dignity and honor than any other Serb or human being living on this damn planet. They never killed, they never raped, they will probably never have a chance to have a normal life in Kosovo. They never curse either, there is no bitterness in those eyes, and I'm just being a little bit of a hypocrite since I am basically writing because I know their pain will be the only curse on Kosovo's future, if there will a future for the humanity there. Obviously, another huge curse will be the pain of the Albanian children, so many, following their parents in their desperate way to the West.

Western Albos are liars and cruel, huh? Well, a part of us. Na ka picku gjarpri ne vend te keq, Sasa, the snake has bitten us in a bad place. But I am glad to hear that you have found friendly and good people in Pec, so glad :)

Anyway this is pure propaganda

How is it propaganda when it's coming from a French NGO? More to the point, where's all the money Kosovo's own authorities have promised to its "minority"? Oh right, it's not there because they can't even feed their own Albanians who must be living in equally impoverished conditions.

To drymaders,
I am sorry calling you a lair.
I lot of cruel people give smart alick, questions and answers. I am Serbian ,that has friends in South of Serbia(Pristina),including Shiptars -Albanian's.I find the Shiptars in Pec to be friendly, but Western Shiptars that use B92 ,cruel and mean!
There is a lot problems on the checkpoints, anything to do with Serbian sections, are refused and anything where Shiptars police are involved in Serbia territories are refused.Only EULEX can have movement around, but they are shortening the number of EULEX soldiers each year.I am sure that if Pristina gave food and clothes as donation's, to the Serbian enclaves ,Serb's will not refuse.
The only people that can help is EULEX.
Remember ,not just Serb's, but Romani, and Shiptars too are suffering bad. That's why I get annoyed, when Shiptars on B92 have the nerve to say, that Pristina is getting economically stronger, while they live comfortably in a Western Country and don't suffer, like the rest of the population, and keep liaring !

Don't forget you can't have it both ways, their your Citizens ( Pristina's ) now. What has Pristina done for their Citizens the Serb's!
(sasa.p, 29 December 2015 20:26)

Well, the irony of the above is that it's some Serbs that want to have it both ways. On one side they don't want to have anything to do with Pristina or any Pristina government official to set foot in their areas, but on the other hand they complain that Pristina does not do anything for them :)

Remember that for some Serbs, the Kosovo State is a dream state, i.e. it exists only in the dreams. So, if we believe those Serbs, it is totally irrational for you to ask a dream state to do anything real lol

Maybe Mr. Dalibor Jevtić - Minister for Communities and Return can do something, maybe he can personally accompany those convoys. Maybe the US embassies in Belgrade and Prishtina can be involved. These things make me feel ashamed I am a human being. If there is a way we can contribute somehow, let us know. Maybe the B92 journalists can accompany those convoys to make sure they arrive in those villages. I am also sick of swallowing my tears, one week ago another newborn baby froze to death in Albania.

To drymaders and Questioner,
I have been thru the checkpoints ( so called border), many time in the last 2 years. You have to pay for their insurance ,depending on your size car(motor, seats etc, etc) or we where refused entry, so we called family from near Pec city to came near the checkpoint to pick us up as we walked thru the border and gave them gifts(border guards Shiptars Cigarettes(Marlboro), cigar's,Coffee(Nescafe etc, etc).I saw with my eyes Nov 2014 ,the Italian trucks with donation's refused. The reason is that they can't gaurrenty safe !,came back next month is the answer.
I notice that allot of people give there opion without travelling thru the Balkans, and not encounting difficulties. Its not a fairy tale for Serb's in South of Serbia, aswell Shiptars too have it hard.
Welcome to NATO Paradise!!

When I see such scenes it makes me cry. I can't believe the incompetent nincompoops in Belgrade. Where is all the money that is supposed to help Kosovo Serbs going? It is embarrassing to see that the Serbian institutions depend on a good guy from France to provide these basic things. Good for the French guy.

These are very poor people. Imagine in Europe of all places! I am sure people would send them things if it were not for the outrageous costs for transportation. Western transport companies, postal companies should be the ones to help out but they don't lift a finger. These are all regulated by governments and of course they are biased.

Drymades

Where is the 'big and important country' when it comes to help Kosovo's Serbs? I mean, it's fine helping refugees from all over the world, but those people in Kosovo should be a priority for the Serbian government since those few Serbs left there are suffering because of decisions made by former politicians in Belgrade. Otherwise start an international fundraising campaign at least, if the EU candidate country - Serbia, can't send its own convoys. And I don't think Prishtina would deny access to aid convoys from Serbia.
