I don't quite understand your question, because there are already many Serbian Americans/Canadian Americans coming to Serbia and it has been that way for decades. There are even American tourists who come for events such as Exit and Guca. I think Serbia is more than ready. When you look at all of the awesome fairs and events that go on during the spring and summer, I would say are the Americans ready for the Serbian food/rakija/wine, partying, and hospitality!
