I believe that it is possible that the Russian strikes have hit civillians, but targeting civillians is completely different. The Russian federation is conducting a bombing campaign and we all know that there is no such thing as a humanitarian bombing.

But to claim they are targeting civilians- Why would they? for what military purpose. If All Russia wanted to do was to kill civilians, they could carpet bomb or use WMD. No clearly that is not the Russian objective.

And NATO used cluster bombs in Serbia, So what.

Serbia have human potential , the most bad country is Bulgaria , they are incredible Gipsyed and Turkized ! As i know Serbian websites and things and music same i know about Bulgaria . They are someting as the most worse things from Serbia + they are the only country from Balkan who had a booom in turbo folk VIDEO SONGS ! ( who want to see i can show some Bulgarian stuff )

Slavic countries from region are more culturalized than Romania but Bulgaria is even not Slavic is someting as a gipsy country or a turkey !

Serbia is more culturalized and acompllished big things under Yugoslavija and in sport games to !

in Romania seince the year 2013 we lived better in special in Bucharest at least in Bucharest big capitalist bussines as supermarkets and other this kind of things have to pay 25% more of minimum salary but most important is that food prices had fall down with 15% in 2015 . VAT tax for food down from 24% to 9%

+ at end of 2016 important elections + 5% gdp grow in 2016 that means they will give things .

As a conclusion -> If you compare Serbia with Bulgaria , Bulgaria is 100 times more worse than Serbian as HUMAN POTENTIAL and CULTURE

I would agree with you, Romania has really turned the economy around after the fall of Cauesescu, never realized to this level, well done. In the beginning , some Romanians were escaping to Greece through FYROM, but that is now changed.

The problem with both Serbia and Croatia is that many of the skilled workers work outside in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, England and the Middle East.

They have not moved out of Serbia as their families remain behind. Belgrade looks very modern because of the large capital inflows of workers who work outside of the country.

I know Bulgaria and Albania continue to have problems as illegal migrants continue to work in Greece from both Albania and Bulgaria. Most of the beggars are gypsies from those countries.

You see many Bulgarians in Greece who work as nannies, housekeepers and other lower paying jobs.

Greece is in serious trouble now, Romania is in a much better position politically and economically with continued GDP growth and full control of its debt and budget. How things have changed!

I'm not even Albanian but I was ecstatic when Nato hit Serbia with c-bombs. They got what they deserved. Yippi!

Amnesty International is only one of many of these human rights groups that I have little time for. Their ugly heads only rear out of the foxhole when the Russians do something. I’m not saying that the Russian planes did not bomb civilian areas since the opposition groups like to set up their command posts/munitions dumps there, but I have not heard a peep out of these loves of human rights about the US bombing that hospital in Afghanistan and killing 19 staff belonging to MSF.
No words involving wars crimes, nothing at all.
