Smuggling does not take place "in" countries, it takes place across borders. Well done to SIPA for their actions but what about the Border Police; why did they not make any arrests or intercept any weapons? I know from my own experience that they have their limitations and a certain unwillingness to adopt best practice, but it doesn't look good.
