As for the USTASE and Vukovar, the entire war in Vukovar was started with Serbian civilians being attacked by the Croatian police in 1992. The JNA moved in to restore order, what they found was massacre of Serbs from USTASE extremists and Serbs retaliated. A Serbian doctor who had access to the remains noted that most showed signs of death by EXPLOSIVES.

This points to battle deaths.

The Bosnian Muslims had the largest army 200,000 and that's who the dead are.

The autopsy reports are not even given to the ICTY court.

Also, the Tuzla ID center was not even accredited for most of its existance.

There is NO INDEPENDENT TESTING ALLOWED and there was NO OVERSIGHT until fall of 2007.

There is big question hanging over the identifications given the Tuzla center would not allow any oversight or independent checking of their work.

It needs to be pointed out that the Tuzla ID center was NOT ACCREDITED for many, many years.

It refused to allow inspections by a company (German) which certifies these centers.
They did not allow their work to be inspected nor independently verified.

And even the ICTY is not given access to any of evidence.

The Serbian defense team wanted to do some random independent tests of the supposed evidence, but the ICTY said they couldn't because it itself has no access to the DNA evidence.

There's very high chance that they have misidentified remains in the graves and are using the remains of a single person in several graves.

Witnesses at the burial ceremonies report a single bone or two in a coffin (in a rare case where it was not closed).

If they are burying just a bone or two instead of a complete or near complete body, they can greatly spread out the remains.

Further, even some Bosnian Muslims say they are burying people who died is some inter mafia-like feuds within Srebrenica during the war.

Naser Oric and his men were doing killings of other Muslims over control of the UN goods and for smuggling operations.

It is known that the army/militants/gangs took over control of the food meant for civilians and that they would force the civilians to pay top dollar to enrich themselves.

Mate, that is a settled matter since the UN has already determined beyond reasonable doubt that Bosnian Serb forces committed genocide in Srebrenica. The evidence is provided at http://www.icty.org/x/cases/krstic/tjug/en/krs-tj010802e.pdf in paragraphs 539-599 with the conclusion in paragraph 599.

If you have any doubts, nobody in these forums is going to be able to help you. You should address your concerns to the UNSC and tell it that you disagree with the UN findings.

As for the USTASE and Vukovar, the entire war in Vukovar was started with Serbian civilians being attacked by the Croatian police in 1992. The JNA moved in to restore order, what they found was massacre of Serbs from USTASE extremists and Serbs retaliated. According to this article, the whole thing happened in Bosnia. There is no such thing. There is Bosnia & Herzegovina, divided into FBiH and RS.

Every time we hear news out of this area, these distinctions should always carefully place the context.

How many papers have mentioned that an Albanian from Kosovo was stopped in Paris on that day of the attack and arrested because he had guns in the boot of his car? I have tried to find any mention in the western media with nil result, but it happened.

This points to battle deaths.

The Bosnian Muslims had the largest army 200,000 and that's who the dead are.

The autopsy reports are not even given to the ICTY court.

Also, the Tuzla ID center was not even accredited for most of its existance.

There is NO INDEPENDENT TESTING ALLOWED and there was NO OVERSIGHT until fall of 2007.

There is big question hanging over the identifications given the Tuzla center would not allow any oversight or independent checking of their work.

Mate, that is a settled matter since the UN has already determined beyond reasonable doubt that Bosnian Serb forces committed genocide in Srebrenica. The evidence is provided at http://www.icty.org/x/cases/krstic/tjug/en/krs-tj010802e.pdf in paragraphs 539-599 with the conclusion in paragraph 599.

If you have any doubts, nobody in these forums is going to be able to help you. You should address your concerns to the UNSC and tell it that you disagree with the UN findings.

It needs to be pointed out that the Tuzla ID center was NOT ACCREDITED for many, many years.

It refused to allow inspections by a company (German) which certifies these centers.
They did not allow their work to be inspected nor independently verified.

And even the ICTY is not given access to any of evidence.

The Serbian defense team wanted to do some random independent tests of the supposed evidence, but the ICTY said they couldn't because it itself has no access to the DNA evidence.

There's very high chance that they have misidentified remains in the graves and are using the remains of a single person in several graves.

Witnesses at the burial ceremonies report a single bone or two in a coffin (in a rare case where it was not closed).

If they are burying just a bone or two instead of a complete or near complete body, they can greatly spread out the remains.

Further, even some Bosnian Muslims say they are burying people who died is some inter mafia-like feuds within Srebrenica during the war.

Naser Oric and his men were doing killings of other Muslims over control of the UN goods and for smuggling operations.

It is known that the army/militants/gangs took over control of the food meant for civilians and that they would force the civilians to pay top dollar to enrich themselves.
