FM reacts to Pristina's decision to suspend agreement

Real mature, lose in UNESCO and now back out of previous agreements that the KLA have touted as big victories. Just proving that the world made the right decision in the first place.

I hope the EU reacts as fast, and suspends any pre-SAA agreements with Kosovo. It makes the EU moderated Belgrade-Pristina dialogue more or less pointless and worthless if one side sings an agreement and later doesn't dare to implement it due to violent nationalists.

The Brussels aggrement signed by the Republics of Kosova & Serbia cannot be valid, when Serbia in front of the entire civilized world openly try's to block the state of Kosova's attemps to join international and democratic organizations!
Why would Kosova's constitutional court not bring down a agreement with Serbia's phony signature ? The document clearly states that Serbia nor Kosova will interfere with each other's bids to join the EU and other international organizations, something that Serbia has clearly violated!!!

Do you have a link to that? I have googled and yahooed and no where have I found where the international papers have picked up anything about Albanians burning houses following the vote. This is just bla bla bla from Dacis, as this was done by Serbia as well. I see no wrong doing in postponing something 60 days for the constitutional court to review - It was agreed that all be under Kosovo law. After the mandate is written again it will go to constitutional court as per agreement.

This is internal politics nothing outside the norm on this, but he can not stop himself as he is little slobo!

Completely predictable response from a group of people with a horrible track record of implementing anything and everything they don't like until the US holds their feet to the fire. Thaci, Mustafa, and Jahijaga appear to have had enough eggs and tear gas thrown at them for a while. No matter, they signed the agreement with the EU multiple times before and the EU's equally predictable response of saying everything and nothing at the same time emphasizes that the agreements and specifically the ZSO formation will be implemented.

Nothing more than an inconvenient delaying tactic, which is about all that Pristina can do at this point. A completely immature move following their defeat at UNESCO, but something tells me they'd pull the same nonsense had they won. In a way, they can afford to do it, knowing EU membership is light years away so any threat of suspension of SAA means nothing to them other than a symbolic defeat.

Belgrade might as well unilaterally establish ZSO since everyone else is doing whatever they want down in the Land Beyond Belief.

In this case the judges who are going to present the case are:

1-Snezhana Botusharova- Bulgaria
,2-Almiro Rodrigues -Portugal

4-Arta Rama –Hajrizi-Albanian

So 1 Albanian,1 Serb and 2 from EU countries.

So before starting ranting against Albanians read the news.

2) I would have been focused on Bosnia and Montengro in special Montengro who have the most large population of Serbs as % of population + Montengro have gdp per capita bigger than Kosovo Bosnia Serbia . An union with Montengro would gain to Serbia acces at SEEA tourism + shiphing and Montengro will get better infrastructure , better highways , better medical system and a real capital called Belgrade , Podgorica is a provincial or someting as a comune from Romania close to Bucharest

I listened and watched intently on the day that UNESCO voted not to allow Kosovo in and not one media in Australia covered the issue. Nothing on commercial TV channels or the print. Even the government owned TV and radio stations made no mention. So according to your logic it never happened and Kosovo is in UNESCO. I was surprised when Radio Australia mentioned it at all. The report lasted about 5 seconds.
Did you read how the US went with its freedom of the seas operation went when they sent in a single destroyer near the man-made islands in the South China Seas? There was no real coverage in western media except the usual BS of we will show them so according to your logic the US told China off by sailing its ship within the 12 nautical mile zone.

The fact that Serbs are hung up on Kosovo, clearly tells me that Serbs are far from moving forward. The fact that serbia is trying to do anything it can to minimize Kosovos recognition on international stage, tells us that they are not willing to honor the Brussels agreements. An union with Montengro would gain to Serbia acces at SEEA tourism + shiphing and Montengro will get better infrastructure , better highways , better medical system and a real capital called Belgrade , Podgorica is a provincial or someting as a comune from Romania close to Bucharest

There is nothing new about never reporting bad incidences in Kosovo. That’s old news. Why would the west do that when it may show them as supporting the wrong people. Its called democratically withholding the truth unlike the Russians who would be painted as dictatorially withholding the same.

Thaci, Mustafa, and Jahijaga appear to have had enough eggs and tear gas thrown at them for a while. No matter, they signed the agreement with the EU multiple times before and the EU's equally predictable response of saying everything and nothing at the same time emphasizes that the agreements and specifically the ZSO formation will be implemented.

Nothing more than an inconvenient delaying tactic, which is about all that Pristina can do at this point. A completely immature move following their defeat at UNESCO, but something tells me they'd pull the same nonsense had they won. In a way, they can afford to do it, knowing EU membership is light years away so any threat of suspension of SAA means nothing to them other than a symbolic defeat.

Belgrade might as well unilaterally establish ZSO since everyone else is doing whatever they want down in the Land Beyond Belief.

Radio Australia operates for the benefit of Asia and Pacific region and I admit I was surprised that it covered the burning of new homes for Serb returnees in Kosovo, but no other media outlet mentioned it. However, I’m sure if the Serbs did the same it would be headlines in the west.
As far as this news story appearing in the Serb press, I have no idea as I don’t live there.

I listened and watched intently on the day that UNESCO voted not to allow Kosovo in and not one media in Australia covered the issue. Nothing on commercial TV channels or the print. Even the government owned TV and radio stations made no mention. So according to your logic it never happened and Kosovo is in UNESCO. I was surprised when Radio Australia mentioned it at all. The report lasted about 5 seconds.
Did you read how the US went with its freedom of the seas operation went when they sent in a single destroyer near the man-made islands in the South China Seas? There was no real coverage in western media except the usual BS of we will show them so according to your logic the US told China off by sailing its ship within the 12 nautical mile zone.
