"Dissatisfaction" with probe into Srebrenica attack on Vucic

Lukac should speak to his fellow Serb, the other Dragan (Mektic). He is after all the Minister of Security and has overall responsibility for the investigation. I'll repeat what I said before, are they looking for the perpetrators, many of whom were caught on film, or are they trying to find those who organised the attack (assuming that it wasn't spontaneous)? The former is straightforward, the latter not so.
