What does it really matter, these were pawns used by the govt for this purpose as high up as Kostunica, and they are untouchable so even having a trial was a waste of time. All the embassies were vacant, so it was obvious that warnings were given to them what was about to transpire.
The shame though was the damage on the streets to businesses that were owned by Serbs, employed Serbs, and served Serbs. But they were vandalized and robbed to "punish the west"!!

There are countries in the middle east that burn American Embassies, and there are non-Europeans in Europe that burn American embassies.

What a coincidence....

This shows how much Serbia can be trusted. They should have been sent to the Hague.

Well, the Yanks have done the same and taken our territory away so they deserve much more than what they got but you still think Serbs should be sent to Hague as war criminals for torching the embassy.
