Tesla was not "Serbian-American," he was Serbian. The fact that lived in America does not make him an American anymore than living in China would make him Chinese.

Russia ? Certainly no...Serbia ? Macedonia ? Greece ? Hungary ?
All these countries have no money if EU doesn't lend them..
So without Eu imprinting all dreams as usual

Russia is quite happy to give a either a low interest loan to those countries to construct the pipeline or the loan can be paid off from the transit fees each country will receive. The section through Serbia is quite long so more transfer fees.
