President sends law on state-owned real estate back to MPs

The Serbian assembly wanted only insiders to be allowed to buy the property.
I would think much of this property is already being rented at below market rates to friends and family of assembly members.
These people would then buy this property at below market rates before selling it later at the correct value for their own profit.

Credit where credit is due, this is the correct decision from Nikolic.
Is my opinion of Serbian politicians that low that I feel like I am missing some trick :)
