Prosecution wants controversial lottery draw investigated

For all we know perhaps human error could be the factor however unusual that may sound. I could be mistaken but I've never heard of such errors or questionable conduct when it at least comes to North American lottery corporations,yet,I'm able to comprehend that questionable practices can occur at casinos if anyone knows what I mean.

I am somewhat disturbed to see that my comment about statistical probability has been so down-voted. I know we have some problems but that doesn't make everything a conspiracy. At least have the temerity to comment and prove me wrong mathematically. :)
