I don't know whose portrait is there behind Nebojsa Stefanovic but the hood of his Caucasian. Karakul is also used in Afghanistan, Pakistan , Malaysia, Crimea and other places but this form is pure Caucasian.

That is a picture of Bakir Izetbegović not Nebojša Stefanović.

by the way the picture shown in the wall is Mustafa Kemal Ataturk he is the first Turkish president and the founder of the Turkey he was born in Thessaloniki (GREECE), Selanik(OTOMAN era) so writers say his Father was a Albanian and some say partially Slavic because of his light skin and blue eyes so hopefully this info helps and my q is why his picture is on the Bosnian presidency? is Bosnia is Turkish spoken or live under the Turkish laws ? that's all, or maybe just a appreciation toward Turkish people but I think first should be always appreciated your first neighbour because he will always be there and closest one if Balkan will get together and forgive the past and move forward....

But to proclaim Serbian citizens as civil especially after visiting the comments espoused on these forums sounds a little too far fetched for me.

It must the anecdote of the month ! Could you please detailize what makes you think that Albanians are more civilized than the Serbs ? Tell me about your achievements in culture, science, sports, politics or economics. Maybe I’ve missed a Pulitzer or Nobel Prize awarded ? Tell me please what is your snobbism based on ? Maybe you behave better on B92 ? I am eager to have your respond but I also ask all the Albanians help you because the task is really not an easy one … Only don’t tell me about racket, cigarettes, Afghan 999, stolen cars and other national sports.

The security measures seem somewhat excessive. Does that tell me Serbia's government has an inherent distrust of it's own people.

Perhaps someone can answer that question for me?

My hopes are that it is just a huge propaganda ploy, in trying to say they are going all out to protect the heads of state, and Serbia is safe. But then Serbians do not have a legitimate reason to want to cause harm to any of them either. Not really the case in Vucic's visit to Srebrenica.
Nor does it send the true message that Serbia will protect Dodik in his visit to Serbia, but Dodik will not protect Vucic in his visit to RS if the visit opposes his goals.
Of course the most obvious reason could be that there is an assassination plot and they are laying the ground work campaign for they did everything possible for their protection.

If the countries population was civil you wouldn't have any security apparatus at all.

The truth is no country in the world can proclaim complete obedience of it's entire population, unless your living in North Korea. But to proclaim Serbian citizens as civil especially after visiting the comments espoused on these forums sounds a little too far fetched for me.

No, but when you invite someone you make sure they are safe. This is what a civilized country does.

I understand them words because I speak English.

Do you know the difference between Bakir Izetbegović and Nebojša Stefanović yet?
(Haitian, 20 July 2015 15:52)

I do but seems that you need to reread my comment because I didn’t ask about the man. His Caucasian type hood surprised me. It is also used in some of the regions of Turkey because Caucasians were part of the elite here for centuries. Seems that the fashion arrived here from Turkey or through some Caucasians like the Cherkess people.

Bakir should remember what happened to his father in 1992. I doubt though that even the serbs would be dumb enough to try to repeat 1914 or 1992.
