The RS police has always strongly defended its right to provide security for this event but now seems to want to point the blame elsewhere when something has gone wrong. Of course the main culprits are the idiots who threw the stones but if the RS police do not want to secure the event in the future they should say so and pass the responsibility to SIPA, who have been more than happy to help in the past but whose offers have been turned away.
