This must have been a unique case in the history of war crimes where the number of "muslim murderers" at 8300 have killed much less "serb victims" (according to serb sources 3500). Usually is the other way around. In any case, since you serbs are obsessed with the word "illegal" when it come to others and do everything legally on your side, maybe you can produce for the world to see where the trials to sentence these "muslim murderers" in Srebrenica were conducted. Who were the prosecutors? How many witnesses were called for the defense? Who testified for the prosecution side? Where are the trial transcripts? How many of the accused where acquitted for lack of evidence?
Until all this evidence/documents are produced for all world to see, I am sorry to say, but you have committed a war crime and got caught in the act, plain and simple.

Since then there have been two events determined to constitute the crime of genocide beyond reasonsable doubt by the international community: 1. Rwanda in 1994; 2. Srebrenica in 1995. End of the story! There is not any other event that that international community has determined to be genocide beyond reasonable doubt. The Serbs were advised the Bosnian army left and encouraged by certain western officials to go to Srebrenica.

There was essentially no fighting and Serbs just drove in. The Bosnian Muslim men were already out of Srebrenica and walking to the north-northwest towards Tuzla.
There were some running battles and skirmishes and some were caught, but the majority made it to Tuzla. The Bosniak government prevented the Red Cross from meeting them and collecting their names.
Over 3,000 of the "missing men" turned up on Tuzla's 1996 OSCE voting lists.
Others went to Sarajevo or were resettled abroad, with or without their families.

This must have been a unique case in the history of war crimes where the number of "muslim murderers" at 8300 have killed much less "serb victims" (according to serb sources 3500). Usually is the other way around. In any case, since you serbs are obsessed with the word "illegal" when it come to others and do everything legally on your side, maybe you can produce for the world to see where the trials to sentence these "muslim murderers" in Srebrenica were conducted. Who were the prosecutors? How many witnesses were called for the defense? Who testified for the prosecution side? Where are the trial transcripts? The Mufti of Jerusalem was sent by Hitler in November of 1941 to the Balkans where he raised a Bosnian Muslim SS panther division. There were many SS divisions but the rank and file were all Arab Muslims. These Bosnian Muslims were at the fore front in the extermination camps, so I guess that you reap what you sow.
