Ahead of talks, PM "not happy about violation of agreements"

I'm not sure what and how much you can achieve from these negotiations. Facts speak louder than anything else. Agreements reached 2 years ago include serbia not to interfere within Kosovos internal affairs, yet serbia never fails to attempt from doing just that. So hypocrisy has got to stop from both sides. I know Kosovos government can't be trusted, but why in the world were those agreement signed by Dacic to begin with?

Why are they worried about what the other side is doing always talking about what Kosvo is doing its strange just do your part and explain what you agree.

It seems the solution will be similar to German comunity in Belgium very similar what Athasari plan already gave ( serbs decide on Education, health, space planing ( as long its not bridge parks) ) lets hope this is behind and concentrate on ECONOMY for both.
