In 1990's, Croatia raises the same flag under which a 6-digit worth of Serbische untermensch were brutally murdered in the genocide committed in 1940's... Good, let's help them-principle of sovereignty beats the principle of ownership of the land. Kosovar Albanians brutalize Serbische untermensch in 1980's and 1990's, won't settle for anything less than carving out the most historic piece of Serbia and gain independence? Good, let's help them: principle of ethnic majority beats the principle of sovereignty and land ownership. Would the Jews tolerate rehabilitation of Nazi priests, reintroduction of Reichsmark, etc.? Well, sorry about this stupid question. But hey, we're only talking about the worthless Serbs, and who cares about them! Can any territory, from which numerous murderous attacks are organized and committed against neighboring villages, be considered a U.N. designated safe demilitarized zone? (Any similarity with Srebrenica intentional.) Why, of course not - unless the victims are the Serbs. Go kill, and come back to safety. Were more women and children murdered in Croatian NATO - sponsored "cleansing" from Serbs or in Srebrenica? Find out for yourself, it's very easy. Oh, and please educate the barbarians just how are the civilized "allies" treating an average 15 year-old with a Kalashnikov on his shoulder shooting at you? (As if in Srebrenica's "boys"...) Lollipop working? But we all know which nation is the only one deserving to be labeled genocidal in history!

Of course he wasn't one of those who suffered but we often pay for our leaders' actions.

You're right and one day history will judge them all. Justice can be swift or slow but it's coming and UK is going under all the weight of Muslim "refugees" which they are so loyal to. Same with France, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and more recently Italy etc. The west has bent over backwards to impress the Muslims even killed Christians in order to appease them but it looks like they are the ones going to pay for their mistakes more than Serbia will.

Peggy: The answer to your question is twofold. Firstly, because there is little point in having a resolution that openly condemns those with a veto amongst the permanent members if you have any hope of having it passed, as would be the case with anything condemning NATO. Secondly, Serbia and Serbs now have such a poor reputation, much of it ill deserved, that you would be wasting your breath looking for sympathy. Many believed that Operation Storm was Milosevic's comeuppance for his belligerent attitude. Of course he wasn't one of those who suffered but we often pay for our leaders' actions.

It's not just Serb victims who have been largely forgotten but pretty much anyone who didn't die around Srebrenica in 1995 be they Bosniak, Serb, Croat or other.
(ned taylor, 24 June 2015 14:55)
======================
I understand that, but why is Srebrenica more deserving of a declaration than some of the crimes commtted against Serbian civilians like the deaths of over 3000 during NATO bombing of Serbia, or Medak Pocket where scorched earth policy was enacted or the murders and expulsion of Serbs from Krajina which is closer to genocide than Srebrenica was.

https://theremustbejustice.wordpress.com/2013/08/04/the-last-genocide-of-krajina-serbs-operation-storm-joint-croatian-and-usa-criminal-enterprise/

What is the number of people that needs to be killed in one place to deserve a declaration in the UN? Operation Storm was just as much devastating as Srebrenica was, especially when you have to take into account the number of Serbs who were killed by Oric's men around Srebrenica.
My point is that there are crimes which mach what happened in Srebrenica but don't fit into the US plans for Serbia and therefore the minions don't mention.

I think Serbia fully understands the meaning of the resolution, but like me they are lost as to why it has been tabled now. Peggy: yes, all victims should be remembered but it is the way of history that single horrific events attract more attention than deaths that happen in smaller numbers over a longer period. The Bosniaks prioritise Srebrenica and yet the loss there represents around 10% of Muslim deaths during the three and a half years of conflict. It's not just Serb victims who have been largely forgotten but pretty much anyone who didn't die around Srebrenica in 1995 be they Bosniak, Serb, Croat or other.

Yes, as usual, Serbia has no undertsanding, but as long as many Serbs, up to the president, deny the Srebrencia massacre and are trying to downplay and relative it with the Serb victims of the conflict, such a resolution is needed, unfortunately.
(Comm. Parrisson, 23 June 2015 16:54)
=======================================
Again, the the 100th time, Serbia is NOT denying that massacre took place in Srebrenica. Serbia is denying that it was genocide. I really don't understand how you just cannot accept this.
Serbia is ready to honur all the victims of that war not just Serbia's enemies as UK demands of her. What do you find wrong in insisting that all victims are paid the same respect? Amazing that you have bought into this fantasy that somehow Serbia is so powerful that it could victimize the Croatians, Bosniaks and Albanians. Are those three sides that weak even with NATO supporting them and always has? Think about it for a minute. Don't you think that faced with so many enemies there should be just as much Serbian victims? If so how can you then say that a resolution is needed on this alone and abgandoning all the Serbian victims?
I am really surprised that you seem to have lost common sense.

Well put and balanced - also underlying text is no matter how you might word a resolution on topic of Srebrenica Serbia considers it to be destabilising thus nonsense to push it forward!

Maybe you have missed the news coming from Serbia the last few years. It is laughable for a Serb to talk of receiving money from foreign sources and prostituting themselves.
You specifically speak of the middle east, have you actually looked at where your most generous investments have come from lately!!!

Mil

When 8 British universities receive a quarter of a billion pounds from their middle eastern benefactors in the last decade, is it a wonder their academics are up for sale too, oops I meant sponsorship. This is a type of folly called prostitution, the Brits need to be laughed out of the UN. I have heard there are 10 dollar girls on Hollywood boulevard with more standards, about the same class yes, but there are some things even they won't sell themselves for.
