Not hard to understand that Serbia has no trust in that, when the trial against Oric, as mentioned above, started in 2006, and was transferred from the District prosecution to the State prosecution in 2009, and now, in 2015, after 6 years, this guy is still travelling around without any verdict or acquittal.

The question is was it EVER transferred from Serbia to Bosnia, two different states and state prosecutions? As per the protocol that was negotiated and signed by BOTH parties. According to your chief war crimes prosecutor (can only say that with tongue in cheek) it has not and cannot be done.
Considering the ICTY released him and declared him not guilty, why would you suggest that anyone other than Serbia should consider trying him? IF, for heaven bid, Seselj is found not guilty will YOU be advocating for Serbia to arrest him and retry him on war crimes???

The thing is that its a lost case. You cant charge him for the same crime which he served 2 years for. This is just strictly provocation from Serbia. I mean why now? Why when 20 years Srebrenica memorial is coming up?

"The Bosnian Prosecution said it was ready to cooperate with the Serbian War Crimes Prosecution within the Protocol on Cooperation, "with the goal of processing the case before the judicial authorities of Bosnia-Herzegovina."
