Aleksandar Vucic says he has faith in the president's good intentions when it comes to the Kosovo platform, and that the government is not a servant of the EU.

Since I am not familiar with Serbian internal politics, can someone explain what Mr.Vucic meant by his statement: "Albania and Albanians are "a nation in expansion" and that "we must take care with them, have good relations." Was it addresses to the president, or else? Does it imply some sort of Kosovo independence recognition?

P.S.: I do not want to start a debate, on this. I will really appreciate if some Serbian fellow could give me some reasonable explanation.
